On the upper floor, bathroom and three bedrooms including a mansard-roofed one, with a double bed, a second one with two beds, and a third one with one double bed and two bunk beds.

The Garden

The land has a privileged aspect. Open to the sunshine of Provence it rolls gently towards Mount Ventoux, the lace-like mountains of Montmirail and the Pre-Alpes in the distance.

The landscaped gardens are perfectly looked after and are scattered with shady rest spots: around a natural spring, under an arbour, and around the swimming pool. There is also a space for playing Petanque and a stone constructed barbeque. Automatic night irrigation keeps the Mediterranean vegetation well watered and fresh. The swimming pool of 12m of 6 is heated by a heat pump and protected by a built-in motorized shutter.

Beyond the gardens stretch the vineyards surrounded by the rest of the property which consists of one hectare of Pine Forest and scrubland. In front of the house is a car park for 5 vehicles and the gardeners shed which also has room for 5 bikes and a ping pong table.
